The vocabulary of emotions in English

Here we are… The lockdown is officially over!

Some of you have had to work from home. Others have already returned to the office. The lockdown proved to be a great opportunity to reflect on our working habits. It also forced us to find more effective ways of collaborating and achieving high levels of productivity given the circumstances.

For some, it was the first time that working from home was an option.

At LV Linguistics, we have always believed in remote working.
Not only do we eliminate unnecessary commuting time, but we also believe that it improves the well-being of the whole team. How did you feel about working remotely? Was it new for your company? Or was it already common practice? Did you find that working from home relieved your daily stress? Instead of unnecessary supervision from your manager, did you feel that you were given more trust? Did that encourage you to work better?

Or did you miss coming to the office? Did you feel a strong need for human contact? Does coming to the office every morning boost your productivity? This week, we would like to focus on your working environment. Where do you work best? And under what conditions do you feel most comfortable?

Scroll down to discover 30 adjectives in English to describe how you feel about your current working conditions. Have a great day!
