Quick roundtable: where are you with English? What are your fears regarding an audit? We set the context and get started.

9:30 AM · Opening of the audit
Introduce yourself, present your team, explain your role.

10:30 AM · Facility tour
Describe a space, a process, an equipment. Respond to the auditor's observations on the spot.

11:30 AM · Document review
Read and explain a quality document. Justify a procedure, defend a choice.

12:30 PM · Lunch break

1:00 PM · Interviews with the auditor
Understand the questions, even when rephrased. Respond accurately without getting stuck. Manage the unexpected.

2:00 PM · Closing meeting
Understand the conclusions. React to non-conformities. Make commitments in English.

3:00 PM · End of session
