Internship in Marketing & Communication

--LV Linguistics Charleroi--

LV Linguistics is a Belgian company specialized in corporate language training. For 11 years, we have been supporting teams and executives across Belgium. Our clients are HR managers and training directors in medium to large-sized companies. We do not sell courses. We transform the way professionals communicate.

We are looking for a marketing and communication intern to join us during a period of active growth. This is not an internship of photocopies and meetings. You will work directly with the founder on concrete projects that have a real impact on the company's visibility and business development.

What you will do concretely

You will be responsible for creating and planning LinkedIn content, with a clear goal: to establish our credibility with HR decision-makers in Belgium. You will also work on our email campaigns via ActiveCampaign, writing targeted sequences for our prospects and clients. On Canva, you will produce visual materials for our business proposals, our web pages, and our social media. On the WordPress site, you will contribute to writing and publishing pages that need to convince, not just inform. Finally, you will be involved in our presence on Instagram and YouTube, with an approach focused on a warm professional audience, not shallow virality.

What we expect from you

You are training in communication, marketing, public relations, or equivalent, and you are looking for an internship agreement recognized by your school. You write well in French, with a sense of tone and audience. You are not afraid to propose ideas, but you also know how to execute without needing constant supervision. You have a genuine curiosity for the B2B world and you understand that selling a language training to an HR manager is not the same as selling a product online.

Proficiency in Canva is a plus. Familiarity with WordPress, ActiveCampaign, or generative AI tools is welcome but not mandatory. We prefer someone who learns quickly over someone who just checks boxes.

Our approach

At LV Linguistics, marketing is not a layer of varnish we apply to the product. It is the direct reflection of who we are and the value we bring to our clients. Every piece of content we produce, every email we send, every video we publish must serve a specific business purpose and speak to a real person, not an algorithm.

The intern who joins us will work with this mindset. We are not looking for someone to fill an editorial calendar. We are looking for someone who understands why an HR manager opens an email, what convinces them to schedule a meeting, and what keeps a client loyal over time.

What you will gain

A real experience in a growing SME where your contributions are visible and measurable. Direct access to management, without filters or opaque hierarchy. A concrete understanding of B2B marketing in the training and human resources sector. And if the chemistry is right, a professional relationship that can continue beyond the internship.

The internship is done as part of a school internship agreement, on-site or hybrid depending on your school and your profile.

Real autonomy

You manage your projects without micro-management. We trust you from the start, and we expect the same from you.

Exposure to B2B

You understand how a company sells to other companies, which rarely happens in a traditional internship.

Meaningful work

Every piece of content you produce serves a concrete business objective. You see the link between your work and the results.

Direct access to management

No opaque hierarchy. You work with the founder, you ask questions, you learn quickly.
